Assignment
Clinique Prix Dent is a small oral and dentistry care clinic operating in the Delmas area, Haiti. The company works 6 days a week and sees patients from 6 years old to x. The number of customers is increasing and the manager wants to extend the range of services. However, the traditional paper-based management creates many technical and administrative challenges.
The partner asked to build an IT solution for better management of consultation appointments and patient monitoring. The app must allow the clinic to accomplish the following outcomes: i) To receive appointment reservations online; ii) Organize appointment scheduling and patient follow-up; iii)To carry out archiving and statistical visualization of its data.

Result
The solution provided is labeled “PrixDent Clinic”. It brings a web app that meets the requirements and beyond. Even if that was a small project, we had to apply an agile approach to capture the changing expectations and work closely with the Product Owner to deliver the system in three (3) sprints.
Considering the primary concerns of the partner on the security of the data, we worked on the backend first to implement secure authentication and access control. This methodology boosted the frontend development enforcing compliance with the business logic. The project's implementation phase was completed prior to the deadline and was put on preapproval through Quality Control.
